Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You can call back your order within in a time limit of two weeks after the first delivery. The cancellation can be dealt with in form of writing based on a different durable data carrier or by return of the merchandise.
Before you return the merchandise to us, please apply for an RMA-number under the telephone number +49 721 627389-00. You can then send the merchandise with the account of your RMA-number back to the following address:

The purchase price will be reimbursed once the merchandise has been returned. 
Information about the package versions: 
The Right of Withdrawal with package merchandise expires as soon as the package has been unsealed. 

Information about downloads: 
The Right of Withdrawal with download products expires as soon as the software has been activated on your yellow tools authorization key or via E-License on your computer. The activation results from entering the "Activation Code" which received by email after your purchase.


Important: 
If you paid for the returned software per credit card we will book the amount back onto your credit card account. This process depending on the card institute can take up to 4 weeks. As a credit card payment is booked immediately, it can be possible that the rebooking onto your account may not appear on the same credit card statement, but instead on your next statement.
