DELIVERY TERMS:

 After submitting your order, you´ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order data. Your order gets shipped after the payment receipt to the delivery address you indicated.
The standard shipping fee is 9.90 EURO per order for countries of the European Union and 14.90 EURO for all other countries.
The express shipping fee is 14.90 EURO per order for countries of the European Union and 29.90 EURO for all other countries.
Goods or services will normally ship within 24 hours after we have received the payment. After your order is shipped, you´ll receive an email with the shipment info and the estimated time of delivery. Orders will be sent by various carries of our choice (normally DHL). Delivery dates are binding only when confirmed as such explicitly and in writing by yellow tools.

For products with electronic delivery (download products) no shipping fee gets added. After payment receipt you will receive an email with all download, registration and activation information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING CHARGES.
